سنتحدث اليوم عن Anti-coagulant drugs Anti-coagulant: هي عباره عن أدوية تعطل عملية التخثر .
( 1 ) Heparin
Rapid anticoagulant S.C or I.V ولايعطى إلا عن طريق الحقن Enoxaparin أيضاً لايعطى إلا عن طريق الحقن
M.O.A antithrombin 3: مضاد للتجلط موجود في الجسم
heparin + anti thrombin 3 -----> complex complex -----> inhibition or inactivation to thrombin -----> decrease coagulation effect وظيفة thrombin هي تحويل fibrinogen إلى fibrin ولكن مع استخدام heparin يمنع هذا التحول .

Protamine sulfate should given within 15 minutes of Heparin toxicity For each 100units of heparin in the body , 1mg of protamine should be injected
